Still no obc showing up from wow sale!?!?

We booked during the Wow sale and were supposed to have a $200 OBC. It still hasn't shown up in my online account. Has anyone elses shown up?

In our experience, OBC's are credited to you once you board the ship and show up on your account within a day or two. I have never seen any reference to our OBC online prior to the cruise.

It might show on the original invoice that the email you, but never in your account until you board

I believe you are going to have to call and ask them to email you a confirmation. It should be on there.

when u get onboard; check out your bill on your tv; it will show up within two days of sailing.

It's an "ONBOARD" credit..it won't show until you're ON the ship!

It will show up on your folio within a couple of day while onboard. Just make sure you bring appropriate documentation with you as proof. :)

Just call up Customer Service and have them email you a copy of your Booking Confirmation which should show your OBC. We booked our September cruise last October during a WOW sale and our OBC was listed on our confirmation. It was listed as SAH3-$100 OBC P/S.
