Does anyone know the phone number to reach the Ocean Players Club? I have emailed them about why we havent recieved any of the player club promotions and they replied to contact them to inform them of our next cruise and we will be given the premium players gift. Also does anyone know what this is? Thanks

We always email Ocean Players Club prior to cruises and receive wonderful gifts. Always a letter to come to casino for drinks, plus a fruit basket with wine, photo coupons, individual wine, choc strawberries. We normally do B2Bs and receive it all over again the second week.

I emailed them 3+ weeks ago after reading on CC to do so. Nada.

What email address do you use?

Last cruise to Alaska, the Host came to the machine we were playing and told us he'd been on our previous cruise and wanted to welcome us. He sent us wine at dinner and free drinks while we played. I'm assuming somehow they cross reference? Still, hate to leave it to chance if I can let them know ahead of time.

Thanks for any hints, tips, info you can give for contacting them. We spend entirely too much time in the casino and figure that if they want to show us a little love, I'll definitely give them a heads up!

I too have never gotten anything from the Ocean Player's Club, and I am registered with them.

I will be sailing in 6 weeks, and also would like to know what the email address is so that I can let them know that I will be on board.

Thanks!

I used www.oceanplayersclub.com to ask what to do ans they emailed me back saying to notify them after we book a cruise. I looked for a phone number but couldnt find 1 so I emailed them again with all the booking info. I hope I did it right. They said I qualified for the premium package. So we will see.

I emailed them when after I booked my cruise and within a few days received an email back stating that I would be receiving the Premium Bon Voyage pkg in my stateroom, not sure what it contains, maybe someone on here has gotten this and can let me know.

Try here. The contact us link is at the top of the page. If you will email them prior to your next cruise, they will pick up on your future bookings. You'll get a letter in your cabin on embarkation day usually offering you a free beverage and maybe some free points, etc. If you gamble much on the ship, they might send you a future letter in the mail with offers. The latter is a fairly new program though. Like any player's club, if you don't gamble much $, you don't get much in the way of perks. And you always have to spend first before the good offers come.

My husband and I usually play table games. Are you still able to get perks or is it mostly for the slots? I know in Vegas, Atlantic City, etc. you give them your card and you are rated, but I have never seen anyone give someone their card in the casino on the ship. Just curious........

Thanks!

I also emailed Carnival Players Club and recieved a reply back within 2 days advising me that I too, was eligible for a "Platinum Gift" and to expect this on my cruise in September.

Carnival Players Club did request my current booking number, past booking number, room number, sail date, my date of birth and ship name before my "gift" was confirmed.

A free drink ticket would be appreciated - we don't usually spend more than $250 in a week on a cruise (3 last year), so I don't anticipate something extravagant.:D

Me too. And I drop a couple thousand every cruise. I get the free drink from them but nothing else. The one time I won $5700 I did get a lot of free drinks though.

What were you playing when you won your $5700 and do you have any pointers :)

I am by no means what you would call a big spender in the casino maybe $150-$200 on the slots for the whole cruise, and I play the 1c,2c, or 5c slots sometimes 25c, so really not sure how they figure out who gets something, I also received a card in the mail right before I sailed last time where I just presented the card to the cashier and got $50.00

Go to the cashier's cage and ask to see the Casino Host. Ask them what games they will rate you for. I have read other posts here on CC where people did get rated, but not sure if it applies to all table games. Just ask.

It's a bit of a hassle. You need to get the pit boss tell you are going to play and they will rate you on lenght and avg bet

You have to do this every time u sit

Kinda lame

I definately would not call it lame or a hassle - Have always introduced ourselves to the Casino Host and Pit Bosses the first night. From then on they all know us and hubby & I drank for free the entire last cruise. Anytime we entered the casino, a server was asking us if we wanted a drink. That was, by far, the cheapest Sail & Sign bill we've ever had.

So....if you like to gamble, even a little, take the time to make yourselves known. It'll be worth it.
