Sapphire Princess Dining Recommendations?

We will be on the Sapphire Princess next week and wanted to find out if any recent cruisers have Anytime Dining recommendations? I know they all serve the same dinners but is one dining room better that others? And are there any recommended servers?

We have always loved the Savoy and have found on both the Diamond and Sapphire we seemed to have the best service there. Love that dining room :)

IMHO Santa Fe room had the best service and matre'd during our sailing. The other two AT were just below average service, probably my most disappointing service on 3 cruises to date on the other two dining rooms.

 

Each dining room had a special that wasn't on the menu, ask the waiter, from what I remember the special was the same every evening

i've always had the slowest service in santa fe, although one night it was above average. it definitely is the luck of the draw who you get. sorry i don't remember names.

We prefer the Pacific Moon but I suggest trying all of them and see what you prefer.

We've just got back from Sapphire and if you can try and get table 422 in Pacific Moon or one of Victor's tables. He is one of the most happiest, friendliest waiter we have had, he made it a joy to eat every night.

For anytime early dining its best to make reservations for your time if its between 6.00 to 7.30PM on Sapphire and Diamond ships otherwise you may be disappointed or have a long wait. This is from personal experience.

The large Anytime room is reserved for Traditional dinners only before 8.00PM therefore only the three smaller restaurants for AT.

I have not seen reservations allowed between 6 and 7:30.

The International DR deck 6 aft is always a traditional DR.

Anytime DR Vivaldi is also used for Trad overflow until 8pm each evening.
