Most annoying and most pleasing things on board ship - one of each.

Now that we've cruise a few times and with more planned, we were discussing what annoyed us and what pleased us most on board ship.

 

Sorry if this has been done before.

 

For us the main annoyance is mobile phones / cameras lit up in the theatre and the most pleasing thing is good company at dinner.

What do others think?

Worst thing is the "Cruise know it all" who in fact knows nothing and all his statements and facts are incorrect! I have nothing against "know it alls" as long as what they say is correct.

 

Best thing is being at tthe front of the ship as it slides into port early in the morning.

Sunbeds reserved with towels in prime positions like by the rail or around the pool ,and watching them being un-used all day, or for hours on end.

Have to agree with you Mike. Having to walk past holding my breath so I do not inhale the smoke and making sure I am not going to get burnt anywhere from cigarettes being held dangerously. This is probably having been brought up in the early years with my late Father smoking 40 a day, yuk!!!!

Like - meeting new people and then joining them for drinks.

 

Dislike - people barging past in the buffet. Anybody would think they hadn't eaten in 24 hours!

Like - doing nothing, something I never have the time for at home!

 

Dislike - sunbed hoggers and whingers especially those complaining about smoke (I am a non smoker).

Love: Being on my balcony, glass in hand sailing away from a Caribbean Island as the sun goes down!

 

Hate: People trying to get into lifts before others have exited and people barging queues to get on excursion buses.
