Valemay30 Posted January 7, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2011 I have booked all of our shows for our upcoming cruise upon the Oasis but I was hesitant to book the Frozen In Time show since we are two adults sailing with no kids. The description says that it is loved by kids of all ages. Does that sum it up or does anyone recommend seeing it regardless of age. I would hate to miss a great show based off of a description! :p
cb at sea Posted January 7, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Anyone will enjoy it...it's quite something to see folks doing intricate skating moves on a moving ship! And, you're a "kid at heart", aren't you??? Go...you'll enjoy it.
Valemay30 Posted January 7, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted January 7, 2011 I am a big kid at heart and I really appreciate the answer :D I am off to see if we can get the time we want right now, thanks a bunch!!

Valemay30 Posted January 7, 2011 Author #5 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Ugh, just went to try and book it and I think there is something going on with the site because it keeps telling me invalid reservation number which I know is right. I haven't had any problems until now. Anyone willing to try it who has an upcoming cruise and let me know if its me or the site. I can't get on, help :) Let me know if anyone tries, greatly appreciated :D

There are changes to the C&A program to be announced soon....Jan. 12.
Valemay30 Posted January 7, 2011 Author #7 Share Posted January 7, 2011 Thanks for the info, I myself think it is probably some sort of an update or other technical issue because I also noticed it running slower than the norm
Ilikeboats Posted January 7, 2011 #8 Share Posted January 7, 2011 I loved the ice show. It was one of the best. I was surprized it was so good and the skaters were so talented. A must see on the ship.
Lorey2007 Posted January 8, 2011 #9 Share Posted January 8, 2011 Do not, I say do not miss the ice show! We are 60something adults who thought it was amazing especially the one number where the skater changed outfits in two seconds about 30 times:confused:...still can't figure out how it was done. OPSoccermom Posted January 8, 2011 #10 Share Posted January 8, 2011 We've been on Oasis three times and love this show! My daughter especially enjoys the woman from the Ukraine who paints with sand. It's a small part of the show but she is really, really good!
Langley Cruisers Posted January 8, 2011 #11 Share Posted January 8, 2011 The "interlude" in the middle was absolutely breathtaking. I cried. My family knew I was crying - I guess they know me. ;) I enjoyed the ice show itself, but as I said, the best part for me was in the middle. :)
Valemay30 Posted January 8, 2011 Author #12 Share Posted January 8, 2011 Thanks everyone, I am so glad that I checked with you all and didn't miss it. I was having a little trouble getting on to the RC website for awhile but I was finally able to book it..woohoo!! Can't wait!! :)
Bothofus Posted January 8, 2011 #13 Share Posted January 8, 2011 My favorite part of the ice show was also the sand artist. I'd never seen anyone do that before, and it was awesome. I'd go to it again, just to see the sand artist. Have fun, Rachel
