And the pets aren't allowed to leave the kennel area.

 

OP, how would a cruise ship handle a lot of pets? Where would they go to the bathroom? Who's supposed to clean it up? How could other passengers with allergies handle this? As you can see, there are too many problems that could not be addressed on a cruise ship. That's why pets aren't allowed.

Hutt, back to your question. The only cruise line that I am aware of that takes pets on board would be cunard with their dog kennel.
