Yes. In fact, on any cruise ship all that matters is that your top layer of clothing is acceptable. Nobody will ask or care what you have on underneath. ;)

Yes...as long as your "parts" are covered by real clothing of some sort, you're fine. They don't want to see butts or bellies hanging out!

Can you tell me if they have a pay one price on carnival for alcohol?

No, Carnival doesn't have a drink card. They do have drink coupons that you purchase on board that reduces the cost of drinks a little bit.

Actually on some of the luxury lines, this is not the case if the bathing suit is visible underneath--even for breakfast.

I assume you mean a dry bathing suit. If it's wet, it would be rather thoughtless to sit on an upholstered dining room chair.
