We were on the Liberty on Apr. 30th and Carlos told us that May 10th was his last cruise before his vacation. I'm not sure who is taking over.

Oana Popa has moved from the DL to the CL for a couple of months on the Liberty of the Seas. She did not say who took her place in the DL.

The underscore is ONLY between the ships two letters and Concierge.

Irnya was Diamond Concierge as of 5/20, and alternates with Nizar. Changeover date is unknown.

We are just back from a wonderful cruise on Grandeur and experienced excellent service from both Ruth in the Concierge Lounge and Francis in the Diamond Lounge. The bar waiters in both lounges were among the most attentive we have known. Seating arrangements are better, IMO, in the Diamond Lounge as they allow more mixing among the guests. Concierge lounge is narrower and the seating makes conversations among guests a bit more difficult. Views from both rooms are terrific.:)

We had the same experience on Rhapsody with Amit and Pretty. The CL was relatively quiet and we didn't meet many new people. We had a wonderful time in the DL, and it was very convenient to pop out to the events in the Shall We Dance lounge (Welcome Back, top tier, dancing, etc.), so we ended up spending most our time there.

We also loved both lounges and concierges on Rhapsody. But in Australia the happening place was in the CL with all the first time Aussie cruiser suite guests. It was one of those cruises where lasting connections are made. Amit and Pretty are both so terrific.
