Christmas Day.....what did Princess serve for dinner each evening?

Currently on the Emerald. Christmas Eve was the Italian menu. Christmas Day was a special menu. There was turkey, ham, beef tenderloins, a seafood entree and a pork entree (I think). Also 3 unique desserts- Italian pannettone, English pudding, rum raisin parfait.

HulaGirl has a live thread from the Crown. She said the Christmas menu was close to the first formal night's menu from the week before (when we were on the ship). The differences she mentioned were "The gingerbread souffle was delicious as well as the baked crepes with fontina cheese."

That's what I missed on Christmas by not cruising this year . . .the gingerbread souffle is the best.

On our holiday cruise last year (on the Golden), Christmas Eve was a formal dinner (British Isle according to my blog) and Christmas was smart casual but the menu included items such as ham and turkey (neither of which I eat).

Was on Caribbean Princess out of San Juan this year (8 day cruise). Christmas Eve was Chef's choice menu (Had orange roughy, scallops), and Christmas day had turkey, etc.
