cherrysaw Posted June 10, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2012 Hi Everyone, I currently have a reservation for this September that is not paid in full. Do you think I will be able to receive any benefits through this sale such as possible price drop or upgrade or any OBC if offered during this sale by calling them??? Thanks, Sue
DonnaK Posted June 10, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 10, 2012 no, this sale is for new bookings only. the fine print states that you cannot cancel a previous booking and rebook to get the benefit.

If they gave it to you, they'd have to give to the other 10's of thousands of other reservations
Cigar King Posted June 10, 2012 #4 Share Posted June 10, 2012 If there was a significant price drop you could book again, and then cancel the more expensive one in a few days.
Ocean Boy Posted June 10, 2012 #5 Share Posted June 10, 2012 If there was a significant price drop you could book again, and then cancel the more expensive one in a few days. Only if the OP books a different ship or sailing date from the one that she already has. She will not be able to book the same ship and date during this sale. kc320 Posted June 10, 2012 #6 Share Posted June 10, 2012 No sale benefits but if there is a price drop that is not New Bookings only you CAN take advantage of that as long as it is before final payment...
cruisinfanatic Posted June 10, 2012 #7 Share Posted June 10, 2012 If there was a significant price drop you could book again, and then cancel the more expensive one in a few days. Why? You can get price drops with Wow sales as any other reservation as long as it's not a Tuesday sale and before final

Cigar King Posted June 11, 2012 #9 Share Posted June 11, 2012 Only if the OP books a different ship or sailing date from the one that she already has. She will not be able to book the same ship and date during this sale. Are you sure about that? Other's have posted they have done so and I was hoping to keep that in my bag of tricks. ;-)
Cigar King Posted June 11, 2012 #10 Share Posted June 11, 2012 Why?You can get price drops with Wow sales as any other reservation as long as it's not a Tuesday sale and before final I'm not sure this is correct. The WOW sale is for new bookings only and you would not qualify for a price reduction on an existing reservation.
