Captain Tim Roberts

Does anyone know if Captain Tim Roberts is still sailing with Windstar Cruises? We sailed with him 12 years ago on the Wind Star and had a great time. It would be such a coincidence if he happened to be Captain on the Wind Surf late October, when we will be sailing again.

Believe he now sails for HAL.

I can't remember, do they do three or six month rotations as Captain? If it's six, you'll have Master John Clarke. If it's three, Captain Alan MacAry was going to rejoin after Master Clarke finished his rotation and you'll have him. Both were wonderful. Alan is hysterical and John has great stories.

Really? He had just come on board to start his rotation on my June 9th cruise, he must not have lasted long after that.

 

Captain Alan MacAry is back on board--at least as of last week when they rescued a small craft in distress of the coast of Croatia.

We recently returned from a two week cruise on PG. We were disappointed by the service as compared with our Windstar experience. Just wondering if you see/have the same view after your cruise.

Tim Roberts is one of the 2 Captains on HAL's Prinsendam. I sailed with him about a year ago and he was excellent. Does anyone know about Mark Boylin?
