This is coming from an Irish Babe married to a German. No corned beef in our house today. My grandfather rolls over in his grave each St. Patricks day. I love corned beef and cabbage but don't want to make it just for myself so we don't have it today. This year I am on a diet so not even any Irish Soda Bread.
