Eyes are so sensitive, after all. Down all of three ounces. Which is better than gaining, after all. I really thought it would be better because I am certainly feeling thinner. I think going cold turkey no more sodas at all has caused me to de-bloat perhaps. I'm not going to complain when my jeans fit looser for sure! I think our computers might know each other ... mine keeps refreshing and everything I post goes poof ... there it was gone! Hope the eye surgery goes well ...!! Its been great to have so many people posting ... I've enjoyed reading all the posts and seeing what others do to lose weight, keep motivated etc. I'm hoping for a loss tomorrow!! I am less than I was before our b2b (in 6 weeks I was gone 4 weeks ... a lot of eating out) - I now have 3.7# to be "normal" and 13.7# to reach my goal. I had my right eye done about 6 years ago. ducklite ~ that was a good message, so true. Jan ~ wow, that's amazing how much you've lost since the first of the year! I'm surprised that I am the same as last week even tho' I ate out 3 days in a row, one of the meals a Gala Luncheon = 5 courses on Oceania Regatta. beachlover98 Posted October 24, 2013 #10 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Sounds like a great week for everyone so far! That's great news. I finally lost again, even if it was only 1/2 pound. At least it's something. Did not meet my goal of 50 miles this past week as I'm waiting until I'm sure my ankle is 100%. I think I'm good, so now I just need to make the time to get it done. Company again this weekend along with many family get-togethers will make for a tough week. Not enough time to work out + too many eating opportunities = no weight loss.
