I came in second place in the Jubilee hairy man contest years ago. No problem getting into the Jacuzzi, I have had a few people point at me, laugh at me and make the usual Sasquatch jokes ;)

What a strange response.......I would never consider asking a stranger to shave for my sake, or for anyone else's, for that matter. Nor would I consider asking someone to cut their hair in a style I like, nor to wear clothing that I approve of. What a strange idea.

Why? Does body hair gross you out? Believe it or not, their are a number of women (my wife included) that think hirsute men are sexy. My wife loves my hairy chest!
