time of arrival to canaveral ????

Hey guys..going on my first cruise monday... RCI on the Enchantment of the Seas...the boat leaves at 430....what time should we get there do you think?? our school is 20 min from the port and we just have to park..i figured 10ish..??

Arriving at 10am might be a bit early for me. I'd go for 10:30 to 11am.

It's been a while since we sailed out of Canaveral but anytime between 10:30 and 11:00 am was good. Not sure if anything has changed. Have a great cruise

Boarding usually begins around 11 and will begin with Suite guests/priority members. So, if you arrive around 10:30 it would give you time to get through security and check-in and then maybe have a short wait before boarding around 11:20 or so if everything is on time.

we arrive just after 1:00 since you can't get to your room until 1:30. I hate hauling our carry-on around all over the ship. :o

We have always arrived about 10:30 to this port.

 

Check in quick (we have always had a GS)

 

Sit in the waiting area.

 

Last time we boarded the Freedom we were # 8-9-10 on board at our entrance:D

 

It was great to get pictures before all guests boarded.
