Boarding Connie in 8 days and looking forward to some of my favorite breakfast indulgences - corned beef hash and Eggs Benedict. We're booked in AQ but I didn't see either on the Blu breakfast menu. Does anyone know if either or both are served regularly in the MDR or buffet? Thanks!

Both are available in the buffet, not sure about MDR.

Just off the Eclipse, and yes, both were available in the buffet and both delicious. We were not booked as AQ or concierge (so kind of the great unwashed-), but found the buffet offering to be very good.

And yes, we have experienced them at numerous locations, so we know what it good and what isn't.

If you are on the Eclipse, I can tell you it is nicely prepared.

Hi Beth:) Eggs Benedict has always been on the menu in the main

dining room. Can't remember if corned beef hash is on it or not though.

Available at buffet on the Summit. Better though was the Mexican Eggs Benedict with fresh salsa, guacamole, sour cream and then ask for the corned beef hash on the side. Best breakfast ever!

I love the made to order specialty Benedicts. One of my favorite breakfast items on Celebrity.

OH my, that sounds incredible! Best of both worlds (plus some!).

They have several kinds of Eggs Benedict daily in buffet. If there's something you want they don't have that day, just ask. Often I just make something different up and that usually gives them a smile (I like muffins toasted well done, so have one made fresh everytime I get them. Delish! One of my favorites on the ship, along with Cafe Al Bacio Oatmeal cookies!

As noted in the live/blog below, we just got off of the Solstice last month. I am also a big fan for both of these breakfast treats. The way they did darned beef hash was not exactly my top favorite way to prepare it, but it "worked". Had Eggs Benedict in the both the MDR and at the Oceanview Cafe. Have them put on extra sauce, including on some of the potatoes!! I like it that way. At times with Eggs Benedict, making sure things, including the sauce, are hot. Getting these hot can be a challenge, based on past experiences. Ask for you want and the staff likes to be helpful. For doing these S-class ships, check out my postings for more info/background on this nice ship, its entertainment, food options, etc.

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio
