Travelling to Bermuda on BA this weekend? Please report back.

Recommended Posts

I am curious to know NCL's decision on opening the casino whilst in port in Bermuda now that the law has changed. I am assuming that they will look to now open the maximum possible hours, especially given Kevin Sheehan's role in influencing the Bermuda decision.

As this weekend sees the first NCL cruise of the new season I would be pleased to see a post regarding this and the NCL hours of casino operation. Also, what hours will the onboard shops open and are there any restrictions or unusual taxes of which we need to be aware.

Thanks in advance.

They are supposed to be open 9pm-5am. Royal carrib ppl have already reported on this a few weeks back.....cannot wait myself.

Hope this week's cruisers have a great time! I'd love to hear about the weather, and whether it's too cold for getting sun on deck or for beach excursions (jackets on deck?)

I'll be on this cruise. Should be able to PDF copies of the dailes and stuff when we get back (if someone doesn't already beat me to it).

Better that several of you post the dailies than none of you. Please post away and enjoy your cruise.

The "Breakaway" is finally doing her Bermuda run. I would say May would be fine with the weather. I went in April (too cool), May, much better, July (too hot and humid) and October (picture perfect). I will be watching the Bermuda webcam for her on Wednesday! The "Breakaway" is a perfect ship, just loved her last October. I will be doing the "Gem" again in late October for 11-days to five islands! Happy cruising!
