camreesmom Posted May 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2014 We have a group of 27 sailing on the NOS next month & everyone is coming from different towns. Does everyone in a stateroom have to board together? We have a couple of cabins where the guests are not from the same town so not sure if they will arrive at the same time. No, everyone in a stateroom does not have to arrive together. It would help if everyone filled out their own online check-in, independent of others in the same stateroom. That way everyone gets their own SetSail pass and sails though check-in.
Ashland Posted May 9, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2014 No...everyone can print out their own SeaPass and board in their own timeframe.

cb at sea Posted May 12, 2014 #7 Share Posted May 12, 2014 Checking into the ship is like checking into a hotel...of course you don't have to arrive at the same time!

It is sort of nice to discuss in advance a "meeting place" once on the ship. ;) LuLu
