Pretty much, they are open for all three meals except for lunch on port days.....

The MDR usually doesn't serve lunch if the ship is in port.

We always do breakfast in the dining room...so much nicer to be served than schlepping around with your plate and trying to find the items you want, before it all gets cold!

Yes, it's open seating. You'll be asked for the number in your party and if you would like to share a table. Then you'll be escorted to your table.

It's depends on whether it's sea or port day... You can always check on Dailies what is the time for the next day.

lunch is only available on sea days. also not an option on boarding day.

depends on the day's itinerary and schedule. usually not much past 9 am though
