In my experience, it's usually one week for them to arrive.

 

 

Great!!! I was a little nervous cutting it so close! I couldn't remember how long it took before.

 

Last time I did Verizon, they were the e-cards; pretty nice and no shipping.

 

If you apply 2 $500 cards to your S&S account and only use $800; will they refund the rest? Or is it lost? Thanks

 

-----NOTE: Just read where the unused portion of a gift card applied to a S&S account is refunded via another Carnival Gift Card: Do we leave the ship with this? Or is it mailed to us?

 

 

My plan is to cash out at the casino....I'm not interested in getting another Gift Card.....yet :)

No! That question or some form of it gets asked all of the time. Just keep checking. I wish people would seriously only post to this thread when the cards are available. Especially when they haven't been around for a couple of weeks. You see a notification and think they are back up. There is no set pattern. None.

Great thread. For some reason just noticed it :)

 

Though not available right now on Verizon, I did notice it is available through citibank if you have a citi card and can use citieasydeals.com . Also allows you to use points for discounted gift cards and Carnival is available

Like others have said before, they can go live at anytime. Since I have found this thread, I have bought cards on Monday morning, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning. I bought cards two weeks ago. It was Friday afternoon around 1:30 EST. I picked the cards up at the UPS center on the following Wednesday.

Dont even bother 'wishing'....I have asked people to stop posting ridiculous comments like, '...is there a trick to getting these cards..." and "wow, I just got my cards in the mail..." as people get notifications for this thread thinking cards are now available but no one cares.

 

Well, here's my post adding to the waste of posts that do NOT announce the new cards being available yet just contain useless babble and 'wishes'.

No one is testy. I am just sick (as are others) of repeated statements about nothing and questions about the same old thing when this is really just a thread for notifications when the cards are available.

 

How is anyone shaming you by ASKING to stop posting except for when the the cards are posted?

It is old but most of the information on here is completely redundant. You don't have to go past a page before you can see the exact same questions asked and answered. And I agree with the previous poster, when the cards are available then here comes pages and pages of everyone updating when they got them followed by the same questions of how long does it take to receive them, etc. It's really ridiculous. I'm sorry.

I know I'm contributing to the "junk mail" right now, but wondering if we could create something pinned at the top of the Carnival page with all the pertinent information (a FAQ for this).

 

I've learned to only get excited about the cards when I have notifications for this thread as well as the AARP thread.

They were on Verizon this morning but were sold out at 7:30 Eastern time. I had checked at 1:15 this morning and they were not there. Oh well...

 

In the past they have showed up as "Sold Out" first, then were available later the same day or the next.

 

It may be they way they set things up that they add the place on the page first and then activate it later.
