iuki Posted October 30, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 30, 2014 I have searched everywhere and could not find an answer to my question. Is the use of the pool tables free on BOTS? Also, is the Colony Club open to all passengers? How about The Billiards Room? Thanks.

cb at sea Posted October 30, 2014 #3 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Yes...the pool table is free...they will hold your sea pass while you're playing. ALL of the bars are open to anyone! The pool tables are IN the bar....even non drinkers or kids may come into the bars....it's all public area.
Rare DragonOfTheSeas Posted October 30, 2014 #4 Share Posted October 30, 2014 We were on the Brilliance TA last month. The pool tables were free and we did not need to sign out equipment or have them hold our sea pass. the balls were in the pockets and the sticks, etc were in a cabinet on the wall. We did not find it hard to get a table. they were very under-used.

kurukthemal Posted October 30, 2014 #7 Share Posted October 30, 2014 I want to quickly comment too on watching the tables. What is totally cool to think about while you are watching...is that the top of the table is remaining perfectly level and you actually the thing bouncing up and down. It was fascinating! jbond Posted October 30, 2014 #9 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Thanks to all of you. Our adult son is coming with us on his first cruise, and he loves billiards. They don't have billiard balls, you'll have to make do with three pool balls.😢
Scotty G Posted October 30, 2014 #10 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Thanks to all of you. Our adult son is coming with us on his first cruise, and he loves billiards. Have him bring chalk. One of my friends was very upset that they had no chalk on Jewel OTS.
Rare orville99 Posted October 30, 2014 #11 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Have him bring chalk. One of my friends was very upset that they had no chalk on Jewel OTS. They had chalk on Brilliance. Admittedly it looked like it had been around since Minnesota Fats was underweight, but it was there;)
