Seafood restaurant in Houston

We have two nights in Houston prior to our 2/22 departure in Bayport. We're staying out by Bush International and on Saturday we're going to the space center and will have a car. We are looking for a great seafood restaurant - by the water would be nice, but the food is more important than the location. Suggestions appreciated.

While at NASA go to Kemah.

There are many restaurants there

On channel and bay between Galveston Bay and Clear Lake.

We enjoyed The Flying Dutchman at the Kemah Boardwalk when we cruised last year. You can sit inside or outside. A friend in Clear Lake had recommended it to us. Go early and ride the ferris wheel for a nice view of the gulf.

That wasn't the Gulf of Mexico you saw from the ferris wheel but Galveston Bay. You won't be in the Gulf until you clear the port at Galveston.

A great place to eat seafood near Bush airport is Jimmy G's. It's on Beltway 8 between Imperial Valley Dr. and Greenspoint Dr.. It's pretty laid back in the evenings, but it's packed during lunch time. You'll find lots of great places for Seafood in Kemah.
