Hi. Is there a cafe al bacio on the Summit? Thanks

I was on the Summit in September 2014 -- great pastries:D which are free. I am not a coffee drinker; however they had some great teas which I drank. I had the premium non-alcoholic beverage package so did not have to pay.

Next trip -- will go down to see what they offer for breakfast

I can recommend the almond croissants.

The regular and chocolate croissants are also very good. In the afternoon try the fresh brewed instantly chilled tea. I loved it so much that when I came hone I bought the glass carafes to make it. Now, of course, I have to wait until warm weather to use it. Iced tea in Ct in Jan/Feb is too icy! We took our coffees up to the Spa Cafe at the Solarium pool. It as very peaceful and perfect if you want a light breakfast.

It varies.....they have different types of croissants....some plain, some

almond, some chocolate. They have cookies, pastries, small tea cakes....

fruit tarts too. Here is picture that will give you an idea......it is not

from Summit but you can see some of the choices. The particular photo

was on REFLECTION..........

They offer muffins and croissants for breakfast, as well as other "sweets". The chocolate croissants are excellent! Enjoy

As you can see from the pictures others have posted, some look pretty yummy. That's why I sent DH, he always came back with just coffee. Even on holiday I can't imagine starting my day with something that rich.

On the coffee front, I get an Americano with an extra shot of expresso.

Not all the items are rich.....look at the bottom....if I am not mistaken,

one item is bannana bread......but I understand what you mean;)

The cakes on the top are a bit much for the morning:)
