Mikeyto Posted June 13, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2015 I'm booked on the Crown next May, YVR rnd trip. The day we get back it does a Repo to SEA. Could I stay onboard for the YVR-SEA part or is that illegal based upon PVSA? Thanks!
cherylandtk Posted June 13, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 13, 2015 It's legal as you would be going from Vancouver, Canada to Seattle. No PVSA violation.

Mikeyto Posted June 13, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted June 13, 2015 Thank you! Looks like I'll bring her back to the States!
Putterdude Posted June 13, 2015 #5 Share Posted June 13, 2015 Vancouver is not considered as a distant foreign port under the PVSA however, as your first cruise begins and ends in Vancouver then there is a second cruise to Seattle I think you are ok. Rare Cruise Raider Posted June 13, 2015 #6 Share Posted June 13, 2015 It is fine....not a violation as you are starting in Vancouver. We did something similar to this but from Vancouver back home to SF -- so much better than flying. :D

paul929207 Posted June 13, 2015 #8 Share Posted June 13, 2015 No violation with that itinerary. As mentioned above, PVSA does not apply to any cruise that begins or ends in a non-US port.
