You will love it!!

 

We had it for the first time on our cruise last week, also on the Dream. We got to the terminal right about 10 am and parked in the garage. We went straight through security since we had our own line. The only line we had to wait in was to have them check our liquids but that goes very quickly. Check in had a special line for us that had no one in it because they are always helped first. We finished check in and they were still boarding Platinum and Diamond. Not a minute after we sat down they called for FTTF. We were on board and in our room by 11 or shortly after. It was amazing! Our checked luggage arrived very quickly as well.

 

The other time we used it was for guest services. We went down there a few times to pay down our bill after we would win in the casino and it was amazing skipping the line, the closer we got to the end of the cruise the longer the regular line would get.

 

Tendering wasn't an issue, I think we snuck onto a tender boat by taking the wrong elevators down. It looked like everyone was on a carnival excursion. No one stopped us, though. Maybe it was because they saw the FTTF on our S&S. We came back from Belize early as we didn't do anything other than look in a few shops and as we were getting on board we heard them just calling for everyone without FTTF or a Carnival excursion. This was at 11 am so I was shocked. So even though we didn't have to show our FTTF, it IS worth it. We just lucked out and snuck on a tender we weren't supposed to be on. Oops.

 

FTTF was not needed for disembarkation. IMO. They told us we could meet in Crimson at 6:30 AM and leave first but there was no need for us to leave THAT early. We just slept in and did self assist, we were off the boat by 8 AM and this included our friends who did not have FTTF. If you do self assist it is super fast, it become a problem when you check your luggage. With FTTF we were zone 2 but our friends just a few doors down would have been zone 16!

 

We will continue to get FTTF, for sure. Enjoy it!

Snagged 2 for our cabins on Glory Jan 2nd ! Our friends were able to get theirs too! Happy cruiser! Now if I could only get Verizon gc , I'll be all set. Seem to miss them every time they' re available.
