SeasideMemories Posted November 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2015 We just finished our Summit cruise last Saturday and I took a peek at my Celebrity account and my Captain's Club points have not been added. Any idea how long it usually takes? Not that it is a big deal but just curious how long it usually takes for them to show up.
neverbeenhere Posted November 4, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2015 A while, a period of time, a few weeks, sometime, whenever, more than a day - less than a year. You've got it... They will show up. Book your next cruise.

Any idea how long it usually takes? Not that it is a big deal but just curious how long it usually takes for them to show up. Mine took 7 days. My husbands- they hadn't been updated for the LAST 3 CRUISES. I emailed Celebrity, told them he had cruised with me all the time. We had a phone call to inform us that his 'MY CELEBRITY' account had been closed. This was absolute rubbish, as I had updated it, when I had checked that he had me down as a linked passenger. thebutlerdidit Posted November 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 4, 2015 I would personally wait a month before calling Captain's Club. Two weeks has probably been the earliest for us.

flyingv4me Posted November 4, 2015 #6 Share Posted November 4, 2015 I concur with what others have said. They should be there in 2-4 weeks. I'd check back if they aren't there in 30 days. You should be fine. :)

Your Captain's Club points take up to 14 business days from disembarkation to reflect on your account.

My husband and I both have Captain's Club numbers but share the same account. I am listed as the account owner and he as my traveling companion. Should we have opened separate accounts? The way we are currently set up are both of us receiving points or just me? Thanks to all who responded to my original question!
Loujul Posted November 4, 2015 #11 Share Posted November 4, 2015 Yes. I had the same question a week or so ago, so I called Celebrity and they told me that my husband had to have his own login to view his points. I signed him up. His account shows his points. avp1234 Posted November 5, 2015 #12 Share Posted November 5, 2015 My husband and I cruised on Mar. 28, 2015 on the Reflection. I actually thought about this today and logged on to Celebrity, and no points. Does anyone have an e-mail address handy? I didn't see one on the website. Thanks

SeasideMemories Posted November 5, 2015 Author #14 Share Posted November 5, 2015 Thanks Loujul, I went ahead and created an account for him and I do see his points there! Still nothing from this last cruise but, it sounds like I need to give that some time. A big thank you to all for your help!
