Best bars on Serenade

Would be interested in hearing some opinions on best places to have a drink or two on the Serenade? Also if any bars specialize in a particular drink thanks

I loved the Schooner Bar on the Serenade! Unfortunately I don't remember the bartenders names but they were fantastic. The piano player was really good if a bit repetitive but took requests. Lots of great sing a longs.

I'll second the Schooner Bar and will also put in a vote for Vintages. Great view of the ocean from Vintages and the staff, at least when we were onboard, were top notch and did a great wine tasting event focusing on Italian wines.

We spent a lot of time in the Crown & Castle Pub with bartender Ron! The menu was different with several nice whiskey based cocktails. Great drinks - great service!

On Embarkation Day, we love to meet up with the Cruise Critic Rollcall at the SKY-BAR.

 

And if you like to dance, the Centrum (may be called the R-Bar now) Bar was always the friendliest in the evenings after dinner.

R Bar for centrum music and liveliness. Loved the Vision's R Bar, especially!

Another vote for Schooner as my favorite. Although I spent a fair amount of time in the pub for a change of pace. And of course, the pool bar and casino bar. I found all of the bartenders excellent. Now that I think about it more, I also enjoyed the Safari Club bar. Great aft views, quiet when there weren't events occurring and nice for relaxing.

Just off the Serenade a week ago, and I highly recommend the R-Bar, in particular a bartender named Dev. Very personable, and makes the best drinks. Pretty well anything they had on the menu in Schooner, they could make there. Even made me a Pimms Cup, something I rarely find. Only thing they didn't do was a Kentucky Mule as they didn't stock ginger beer.

It's The Schooner Bar for me. Always our first stop on board, and the go-to venue in the evening. Earlier this month there was a piano player and a guitarist who alternated shorter shifts in the evening. During the day, you'll find beautiful views of the ocean and a few gatherings for trivia or napkin folding.

Best of all, you'll be served by AWESOME bartenders Duane and Ronald!:)
