The answer is: Sometimes

When they have had it and it has included a cruise I already have booked the price of the cruise has been significantly higher than the fare I booked. It was a "sale" in name only.

I have only seen that promo once and that was last year .

It is quite a $$$ good deal (over $350p/p value on our 6 night cruise coming Dec 2016 ).

If it worked to generate bookings in a soft season you may see it offered again otherwise I believe it was too generous .

I wish it would happen again. I have it next month on my Alaskian cruise and it was priced very well. If I had tried to book in the last few months I would have pd $400.00 more pp for my mini without the all inclusive.

I do know it was mentioned there was a limited amount sold in each CAT and on each sailing...does anyone have anymore info on this...?

That was true. I have groups booked and some were able to take advantage and then it was sold out in some categories.
