Specialty Restaurant Reservations

Most people down play the italian restaurants, but I found on the Spirit the Osso buco and the ministrone were fantastic.

I'd consider giving it a shot if you like those type of items. My only critique would be the ambiance as it was dividers off the buffet. The food and service were great though.

I am sailing on the Dawn in 2 months...what specialty restaurants do you think are best? I feel that I probably want to do Cagney's and Le Bistro. Trying to pick a third...thoughts?

Moderno. The salad bar is excellent on its own. Only take one of each meat they bring around until you've gotten the chance to try all the ones you want.

Moderno has something for everyone. I can fill up on the salad bar and be happy. Don't miss the grilled pineapple. Oh yeah.....my DH loves all the different types of meat:D
