NCL Dawn photos of refurb starting Jun 17!

Recommended Posts

Can't wait to see the pics!! Love the Dawn. Will be a while before we cruise again - expecting a baby (our first!) in September, and unfortunately couldn't find a cruise that fit our pre-baby plans, lol. But - seeing how we like to cruise in October - baby will be 1 next Sept - perfect for an Oct 2017 cruise. 😉

I will take as many photos as I can and post them here before sailing out of range tomorrow.

If anyone has questions about the renovations, let me know.

We are on the August 19th sailing. So excited to see your pictures! Think all of us that are sailing on her this year, and beyond, are living vicariously through all of you on today's sailing:) Have a wonderful time!

Picture showing is not of Black Falcon area but is of the dry dock area they have been in the past two or three weeks.

Were you looking via krooz kams site? That site went wonky about a month ago for NCL cams. If you click on entire fleet they are accurate but if you pick just one ship they are stuck in time.

Beautiful!! But Cellars, over the Brew House? I hope it offers a more flexible bar space than the version found on the Escape. That's a lot of real estate on a small ship for an underutilized venue.

But the finishes are looking impressive...

Andy Stuart just posted these on Facebook. (Sorry if they've been posted elsewhere. I don't really follow the Dawn.)

Thanks for posting....I guess that big column in Pearly Kings wwas structural as I see the same darn column in the walking area of what is now called Cellars......it always makes trivia a challenge......

Id love some shots of the casino.....and maybe some of the slot machine selections as well. I heard they upgraded a lot of the machines...but I pray they kept my Goldfish machine:)

I drove by it yesterday at Black Falcon. The outside had a nice fresh coat of paint! NCL updated the website to include the changes on the ship. I'm sailing in August, can't wait to see the changes!
