Upgrade Email

Hi could anyone tell me how long I will have to wait to find out if I have an upgrade I got an email offering today so I replyied YES lol but it said it was complementary and first come first served I have a balcony and they were offering JS but I also was a little concerned that I might lose my promos of drinks package and free grats X

Terrie, did you book through a Travel Agent? If so, call him/her.

 

I have never heard of this being done through email as you describe. Must be a UK thing. ;)

Hi no I booked direct I have rang rcc and they confirmed it was a real email but said it came from revenue not sales

 

Just have to keep fingers crossed looked at were they are situated and would be happy X

They will let you know in a week or so. But if you go to your print set sail pass the change happens first there.
