OBC and Beverage Packages on booking

I have registered for an O account and it shows my cruise, but not the OBC or BP that is included in our booking. How / where do I find confirmation of these benefits?

If you booked directly with O then it will be in your confirmation documents. I always bring a copy with me to the ship "just in case."

If you booked with a ta it should be on your invoice

Should be on your final documentation also. Be aware that the O Life offering selections one makes can be switched up to one week before sailing.

 

Additionally, if you have OBC from your TA, for example, it won't typically show up on your documentation. You'll have to check your account once on Board to verify it.

Thats it.....if you booked through an agent... However you have learned a hard lesson... because booking direct is more expensive, has fewer benefits possible and no possibility of easily changing... O makes the highest%

 

Buying a cruise direct is akin to buying a house or car at full list price...dont

My TA includes it on my invoice page 3 (I think) under the itinerary

I am not sure about that maybe a matter if interpretation or the use of a good TA can get it changed

I have only ever booked direct once and I can't remember why.

 

I booked through a 'Royal' TA and await my docs, they confirmed that obc and dp are listed. Hopefully by regularly using the same TA, I will accrue some credit and get an occasional bonus.

That's what I thought, you saved me the trouble of looking up my final docs of the cruise we just got back from.
