Freedom question

There is no separate Starbucks location, but they serve Starbucks at Cafe Promenade. There is a charge. The ultimate package used to cover the Starbucks drinks (at least it did in spring 2015). I am not sure about the new deluxe package

Freedom has a cafe promenade that serves Starbucks coffee. Only the Oasis class ships have a stand alone Starbucks.

The difference now does not really matter as the coffee from the Starbucks on Oasis class ships is now included in the Deluxe package.

For the purpose of the discussion of whether Starbucks was included in the drinks packages there are the stand alone kiosks on Oasis class and on the other classes of ships there are different coffee venues (Cafe promenade) that serve Starbucks products but are not considered Starbucks.

With the old drink packages you could get Starbucks products at the coffee venues but not at the stand alone Starbucks kiosks. With the new packages the stand alone Starbucks kiosks are included. Aldo only the stand alone kiosks will accept Starbucks gift cards.

Its no a Starbucks. Its café promenade. Often it serves specialty (espresso based) coffee in Starbucks cups - that coffee may or may not be made from Starbucks beans.

That makes absolutely no sense at all. Why would Starbucks let them put coffee in a cup with their name on it with an inferior product that's not up to the Starbucks standards. That's just total BS.

Happens in alot of places. Unless it is a Starbucks licensed location they can do just about anything.

Keep in mind, they do not advertise them self as a Starbucks, just the "We proudly serve" sign. Even behind the counter they don't wear a green apron.

My guess is most ships fall under having the Brewed, Espresso, and Blended platforms.

With Oasis, Allure, and Harmony being the only licensed locations.

Listing of licensed locations: http://www.starbuckseverywhere.net/LicensedStores.htm

Odd thing is Harmony is missing and the listing of "Sunshine"

Wow that's a crazy coincidence that the girl behind the counter was wearing a green apron last week!

Just going by memory on only seeing black aprons being used. I just never recalled seeing a green one.

Using a green apron is deceiving.
