Sometimes there are reservations online before you leave.

 

Sometimes you have to wait until you are on board.

 

If it is available to book beforehand, it will be in your Cruise Planner under "Activities".

 

It is on Deck 15 just off the SeaPlex. There is a desk there where you sign up.

If you can't book pre-cruise, book as soon as you board, as it fills up quickly.

We weren't able to book online since all reservations went quickly, but used Royal IQ app and got it booked as soon as we boarded. Reservations were available to be made in the theater as soon as you board, they had a box office set up there. Later in the say, they had it set up in the Schooner Bar.
