Free Laundry for Elite Plus or Sky Suites?

We haven't been on a Celebrity cruise for a couple of years and don't remember whether they have free laundry for Elite Plus or Sky Suite guests.

Just sky suite guest no.

 

Elite will be offered a "bag" for 20 or 30 pieces (depending on the cruise zone, not nights) per Elite member and twice that for Elite Plus.

Free laundry for Elite is 1 bag per cabin per 7 days...don't know about Sky Suites.

I have to say that laundry we had done on our last 2 Celebrity cruises, the clothes came back.." not fit to wear" so we sent the back again.

The last posters shirts look a bit like that too!

Not at all impressed with the "free offering".

On Azamara clothes came back like they should.

Each Elite level guest receives 1 bag of wash & fold laundry per sailing; Elite + receive 2. Good for items like workout clothes, socks, tee shirts, jeans. I wouldn't use it for shirts, blouses, slacks as everything is wash it hot water.

Since EACH Elite Plus person in the cabin gets 2 bags of laundry (30 per bag) Mrs. Trap and I get a total of up to 120 pieces of laundry sent out for each cruise. A back to back cruise results in double that!

You don't need to get all 30 pieces in one bag. ;)

Agreed! for workout clothes, jeans, socks, etc - really nice perk.

 

For delicates - be more mindful. I had lovely polo shirts that came back quite faded from the “hot water cycle”.

 

I will still use the laundry service, but will definitely be more mindful of what clothing I send out (i.e., clothes that can survive the hot water cycle).
