Tomahawk Steak

I have been reading several threads recently about current Cagney's Menus. I know that it varies with ship. We've got a few cruises coming up, our last one was on the Jewel in Alaska September 2015.

What cut of meat is a "Tomahawk Steak"? We have been on lots of NCL cruises, but this steak is not familiar to us.

I am convinced that many steakhouses are owned by cardiologists. The most lethal thing I have ever seen is the 72-ounce steak at the Big Texan in Amarillo: http://bigtexan.com/72oz-steak-rules/ I've eaten there, and it's a great place, but I was never foolish enough to attempt that.
