Rare John&LaLa Posted November 2, 2016 #227 Share Posted November 2, 2016 Really? I think this still has some legs. Of course the mods could chime in at any minute. Carry on.
VASOXFANN Posted November 2, 2016 #228 Share Posted November 2, 2016 Do both folks in a cabin have to get the package? Can we share this package? No! To do such a thing would be stealing  With all of the pepper smugglers out there, the prices of cruises are sure to skyrocket

What the hell is next, taking away the horse raddish when the prime rib is served.hang tough taste buds:cool::eek:
grand isle joe Posted November 2, 2016 #231 Share Posted November 2, 2016 ..............if yo do purchase "the package" can it be a "mixed marriage"? You know, salt and pepper? You now can grind fresh salts from around the world.;)
marci22 Posted November 2, 2016 #232 Share Posted November 2, 2016 A better option would be to buy the "Pepper and Parmesan" package, which for a small fee, will give you unlimited fresh ground pepper and shredded cheese throughout your voyage...even at Coco Cay and Labadee. Surely if you can't afford this, then you shouldn't be cruising. Can the concierge book this for me ahead of time? I haven't gotten an email yet. I don't want to get onboard and find this is sold out. I am in a suite so I should beat out the Diamonds.

marci22 Posted November 3, 2016 #236 Share Posted November 3, 2016 Honestly though, I would miss pepper grinders, and I will probably bring my own.
DWhit Posted November 3, 2016 #237 Share Posted November 3, 2016 Is the P&P package really worth it? I don't see how one person can use enough pepper to make it worthwhile. We usually just use a couple of grinds each day. Sometimes I do like a grind in my cabin when I am getting ready for the evening.

watson50 Posted November 3, 2016 #240 Share Posted November 3, 2016 I hope this thread keeps grinding on because it's one of CC's best. The laughs just keep coming. You can't make this stuff up.We have sailed RCCL numerous times, and yes,I am one of those who loves fresh ground pepper, and have always had it offered. Sailing on Nov.27 on Anthem and looking forward to a couple of turns.
grand isle joe Posted November 3, 2016 #241 Share Posted November 3, 2016 ..............how would a P+P package work on a "Swingers' Cruise"?.......and if the peppercorns run out in the grinder is there a charge for a refill?............Bored minds got to know.....
poncho1973 Posted November 3, 2016 #242 Share Posted November 3, 2016 I agree!! I almost thought this was a post from the Carnival boards.. That's like saying Wal-Mart has good pepper grinders.

We usually just use a couple of grinds each day. I don't see myself breaking even on the pepper. Now if they're waiting for me to say 'when' on the parmesan, their grinding arm is going to fall off before I stop them. I'll recoup my 'nominal fee' the first time I get parm. Sometimes I do like a grind in my cabin when I am getting ready for the evening. Who doesn't? :D

Jarmo Posted November 3, 2016 #247 Share Posted November 3, 2016 ...........sounds racist to me.............. Exactly, and what about pink? I find it hard to believe those would be included with no extra charge, unless you are in a suite or something.
