Do Haven Guest get charged the daily service charge?

Haven guests pay $15.50 per person per day if they are 3 years-old or older.

Since Haven guests get all current promos, guests 1&2 do not currently pay the DSC. However, the butler and concierge aren't covered by the DSC in any promo.

So they DO pay it if it wasn't the promo when they booked?

Hello,

I've found conflicting information about this. I thought that everyone paid the daily service charge. My friend said in the Haven, the first two guests don't.

Havens guest pay more DSC than regular guests.

IF the Havens guest gets free DSC as a promo, THEN the first 2 guests in the suite get the DSC paid by the promotion. There are situations where a Havens guest does not get all of the promos based upon how they got the room.
