mprcruiser Posted December 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 23, 2016 Is anyone else having a problem. On both Firefox and IE I get a message saying "Access Denied. You don't have permission to access this website." I clear out the cache as instructed but it still doesn't work.
Clarea Posted December 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted December 23, 2016 Working for me with Firefox. Try typing the URL and not using a bookmark.
mprcruiser Posted December 23, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted December 23, 2016 I can get so far and then get the message. I am trying to book 2 cabins and therein lies the problem. When I try to book one cabin I can get through. Guess I will book 2 cabins separately. Thanks for the help.
breeze123 Posted December 23, 2016 #4 Share Posted December 23, 2016 I have that issue on Safari. If I use Firefox I get an error message too. Using a bookmark doesn't work for me either. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare island lady Posted December 23, 2016 #5 Share Posted December 23, 2016 (edited) I can get through everything with Google, until I try to access booking areas. Have not been able to get into those at all for weeks now. Does not say access denied...just takes me to a blank page at that point. :( I finally had to go through Explorer to access those areas. Cannot even book a cruise using Google Chrome at all. Have gone through checking my firewall, security, and deleted cookies. Still no luck. Ery Posted December 23, 2016 #6 Share Posted December 23, 2016 Have you cleared your cookies & cache? I was just in our reservations without a problem Sent from my iPhone using Forums
hardinggrad Posted December 23, 2016 #7 Share Posted December 23, 2016 (edited) I have been having the same problem..."access denied". My husband says he thinks Royal Caribbean website is not properly managing the browser cache and cookies. If you clear out your old browser cache and cookies for the RCCL site everything should function properly. Another option is to open up a private browsing window to access the RCCl site. zebra36 Posted December 23, 2016 #9 Share Posted December 23, 2016 I have been having trouble for the past 3 weeks or so. I can get to the welcome page with the various options shown but when I try to drill down to the plan a cruise option or any other choice all I get is a blank screen. Cleared cookies when problem first appeared but did not help. Called tech support this morning but no help their either.
Rare island lady Posted December 23, 2016 #10 Share Posted December 23, 2016 I finally deleted ALL browsing history including cache from the very beginning on my Google Chrome. Success! Am now able to get into all areas on RCI website again! :)

Desert Cruizers Posted December 23, 2016 #12 Share Posted December 23, 2016 Only way I have been able to access the site is through Google Chrome. Other wise I get a blank page after putting in the information. Clearing my history etc didn't help.

Other wise I get a blank page after putting in the information. Clearing my history etc didn't help. I am also on Google Chrome. I deleted not only cookies but total cache, picking option "from the beginning." It finally worked for me, otherwise I was having the same problem as you are for weeks now. TNorangegirl Posted March 25, 2017 #18 Share Posted March 25, 2017 I used a new incognito window in Chrome and finally got it to work after months of complaining and getting nothing but white screens once I hit book now or choose dates. I complained three times and no one at RCCL knew what to suggest.
luvscruising2007 Posted March 25, 2017 #19 Share Posted March 25, 2017 I was having the White Screen problem on Google Chrome. I took a couple of suggestions; clear history, clear cache and typed in the web address. I could access the booking site for the first time in weeks. How long it will last is another story. Canam778 Posted May 8, 2017 #20 Share Posted May 8, 2017 Why is Royal Caribbean letting this happen? I have no other computer to try to get into the booking section. No problem, I booked with Princess.
Andreas713 Posted February 17, 2020 #21 Share Posted February 17, 2020 I have been having the same problem on my iPad and called the main number to see if they had any tips... “use a different device” and so I used the iPhone and it worked.. I think they have a problem and haven’t a clue.

Steps for me to login without clearing browser cache or anything: - No need to dismiss the error message - click the RC logo on the top of the page - Click "SIGN IN" on RC's home page You should be in at this point. Doing this on Edge and the screen just stays blue......hit refresh, the line moves across the top, still nothing.

I have not ran into this issue with Edge but Chrome is the browser I use most often and have ran into this issue several times.
