Trouble accessing Royal Caribbean website

I can get through everything with Google, until I try to access booking

areas. Have not been able to get into those at all for weeks now. Does

not say access denied...just takes me to a blank page at that point. :(

I finally had to go through Explorer to access those areas. Cannot even

book a cruise using Google Chrome at all.

Have gone through checking my firewall, security, and deleted cookies.

Still no luck.

I have been having the same problem..."access denied". My husband says he thinks Royal Caribbean website is not properly managing the browser cache and cookies. If you clear out your old browser cache and cookies for the RCCL site everything should function properly. Another option is to open up a private browsing window to access the RCCl site.

It didn't for me. Could not get into the booking part...just everything

else. :(

I have been having trouble for the past 3 weeks or so. I can get to the welcome page with the various options shown but when I try to drill down to the plan a cruise option or any other choice all I get is a blank screen. Cleared cookies when problem first appeared but did not help. Called tech support this morning but no help their either.

Only way I have been able to access the site is through Google Chrome. Other wise I get a blank page after putting in the information. Clearing my history etc didn't help.

I am also on Google Chrome. I deleted not only cookies but total cache,

picking option "from the beginning." It finally worked for me, otherwise

I was having the same problem as you are for weeks now.

Just tried it again and worked for a sec then got the sorry message. Have no idea why we all are having this problem. Ok back to GC:)

Drats...these electronic boxes sure do mess with us don't they!! Sorry it

did not work for you. For some reason it worked for me.

Must be tech gremlins somewhere giggling with glee at our frustrations!! :(

  • 3 months later...

I used a new incognito window in Chrome and finally got it to work after months of complaining and getting nothing but white screens once I hit book now or choose dates. I complained three times and no one at RCCL knew what to suggest.

Is anyone else having a problem. On both Firefox and IE I get a message saying "Access Denied. You don't have permission to access this website." I clear out the cache as instructed but it still doesn't work.

Steps for me to login without clearing browser cache or anything:

- No need to dismiss the error message

- click the RC logo on the top of the page

- Click "SIGN IN" on RC's home page

You should be in at this point.

Doing this on Edge and the screen just stays blue......hit refresh, the line moves across the top, still nothing.
