The eggplant rollades in Alfredo's are my favorite! They are filled with angel hair spaghetti in a marinara sauce.

Can you take food off the boat in port? We're doing the Mediterranean cruise in June and thinking of ordering room service for breakfast on early mornings and taking it with us while in port. thanks

Loved the crispy French toast in the MDR. The bacon is perfect. Had the escargot twice and both times they were way over cooked. Alfredo's is worth the wait.

It all depends on the location. See the patter that morning & listen for announcements.

If none are made then it's up to you to decide what's proper.

Loved the Creme Brulee in the MDR - available every night. The Horizon buffet was one of the best of any ship we've been on.

We were never cold on the Royal.

Yea, they're pretty good choices. I only wonder if they'll cheapen them up or totally eliminate them in the future to save money.

Each country has it's own laws, but in general you can not carry off fresh fruits or veggies. Some ports inspect for these items, some have dogs. You can carry off sealed items like candy bars or energy bars. Items like sandwiches that you make in the buffet, maybe yes, maybe no. Read the Patter. On the front page it has port instructions.
