aprilcruisers Posted April 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2017 Looking for parking suggestions for Ft. Lauderdale departure. The search shows info from 2010, so was hoping to get some more recent info. We will be driving from our hotel on thee west coast, so won't be staying at hotel near the port. CruiserBruce Posted April 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 11, 2017 Search function seems to work fine: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/search.php?searchid=105376079
luv2trvlnow Posted April 11, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 11, 2017 We use Park N Go. In fact we will be using them later this month. We are paying $7.99 a day if you prepay. But you can cancel and get your money back. Sometimes they are charging $12 a day. Then I would probably park at the port.
ready2cruzagain Posted April 11, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 11, 2017 I second Park n Go. We have parked there and had really good servie in the past. As stated before, it is cheaper if you book online.

rkacruiser Posted April 11, 2017 #6 Share Posted April 11, 2017 A vote for parking at the Port due to convenience and not having to wait or look for a shuttle to wherever you parked your car. More expensive, but the parking facilities are well maintained, are lighted at night, and are as secure as they could possibly be.

We always park at the port terminal and have been pleased -- extremely easy and safe. :D
iahawkfan21 Posted April 11, 2017 #8 Share Posted April 11, 2017 We used Park n Go and it couldn't have been easier. Prepaid online and saved a fair amount over just showing up. Shuttle was departing when we arrived so no waiting. They are essentially right next door to the port so very little transit time. Upon return, we waited maybe 10 minutes for a shuttle and were dropped off right at our car. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have used a lot of different off site parking places in different ports and I can say Park n Go has always been the best.
