wee-haggis Posted June 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Anyone know a Cruise Search website that allows you to filter your search based on number of ports of call and more importantly, number of sea day. I am not a big fan of sea days so would like to keep it to a minimum but can't see any search websites that allows that filter.
Living4acruise2day Posted June 25, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 25, 2017 (edited) I have noticed that cruising out of Puerto Rico, there are no sea days. Not sure where you are or where you want to cruise. So sorry. Just noticed you are looking for a particular website. I do not know of one. Edited June 25, 2017 by Living4acruise2day edit.. happy_traveller Posted June 25, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Up till now we always had to count the seadays ourselves, but to be honest we would love a filter for more or less seadays Sent from my iPad using Forums
MCC retired Posted June 25, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Best bet in the Caribbean for minimal Sea Days is cruising from Puerto Rico .
happy_traveller Posted June 25, 2017 #5 Share Posted June 25, 2017 With what cruise line? And for us difficult to fly in! Sent from my iPad using Forums
Rare LHT28 Posted June 25, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 25, 2017 (edited) The Med cruises are usually more port intensive with maybe 1 sea day Some Baltic cruises just depends where they begin/end Edited June 25, 2017 by LHT28
SuiteTraveler Posted June 25, 2017 #7 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Med cruises are the most port intensive of all. The one sea day doesn't feel like enough after walking so many miles in port everyday! But you need to tell us where you want to cruise. There isn't a website that lists the most port intensive cruises unfortunately.
Rare Essiesmom Posted June 25, 2017 #8 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Cruises from Barbados or other Caribbean islands, usually on non-US based ships are very port intensive. EM
navybankerteacher Posted June 25, 2017 #9 Share Posted June 25, 2017 I have never seen such a site, but there are types of itineraries which involve minimal sea days: New England/Canada from New York or Boston, Caribbean from San Juan, PR, Many Mediterranean from Barcelona, Rome, Athens or Venice, Three or four day Bahamas from Fort Lauderdale or Miami. azcruiser89 Posted June 25, 2017 #10 Share Posted June 25, 2017 Anyone know a Cruise Search website that allows you to filter your search based on number of ports of call and more importantly, number of sea day. I am not a big fan of sea days so would like to keep it to a minimum but can't see any search websites that allows that filter. My husband is also not a fan of sea days. We have a reservation on a 7-day September Pacific Coastal round trip out of LA with zero sea days. As others have said, Caribbean cruises out of San Juan usually have minimal sea days as well. I hope you find your perfect cruise!

no1racefan1 Posted June 26, 2017 #12 Share Posted June 26, 2017 I would love this type of search function. We prefer less sea days as well. We did NCL's Pride of America in Hawaii a few years ago with zero sea days.

Add British Isles -- 14 days with only two at sea.
