Where is the best spot on the Allure to watch the boat pull away from the pier? The H Pad is my usual go-to, but just wondering if anyone has a secret special place they enjoy as well.

I have always enjoyed the balcony of our stateroom. Might seem lame, but it's quiet, and there is plenty of time to mingle.

Unfortunately I went for a boardwalk balcony this time. Wanted to save a few $$$ for some specialty dining. But I do agree, the serenity of the balcony is great.

the helicopter pad is not an option on Oasis class ships unless you are invited

You reach it via the deck 14 port side passenger corridor, just walk all the way forward.

I like the Wipeout Bar area. It's all the way aft (deck 16), not a lot of people feel like walking back there so not crowded and there's a big open bar. [emoji106]

I disagree. While there are some at the very aft end of the ship, anywhere along the side has a view obstructed by lifeboats.
