Traveling in April to the islands of St.Maarten,St.Kitts,St, John's,St.Lucia and Barbados. Trying to find the best island to swim with the dolphins. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You might get some feedback here but you might also want to visit the ports of call boards for each port to see what other have said about swimming with dolphins in those areas.

None of them. Don't book an exclusion where you "swim" with confined dolphins. It's cruel to them, and can be dangerous.

How about swimming with them in the open ocean - if they decide that they want to swim with you.

I posted this is response to an earlier dolphin question -

"Dolphins are very intelligent marine mammals. Did you ever think about whether they are given a choice as to whether they want to swim with you or if given a chance leave their watery cages and swim in the ocean with their family pods. I doubt that you have.

 

Imagine a very intelligent extraterrestrial civilization that comes to the earth to capture human specimens that they take back home to wherever they live. They keep the humans in cages so that tourists can stare at them and the really lucky ones get to go into the human cages so that the humans can be forced to do tricks and play with them. Do you think that you would enjoy that.

That is exactly what we are doing to the captive dolphins. "

We did the dolphin swim on St Kitts through the cruise line and thoroughly enjoyed it.
