jobey Posted September 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2017 We had our final payment on our December cruise come due this weekend. We were all set to make the payment, then Irma shifted our way on Saturday and we needed to get out. After the expense of two nights out of the "strike zone", we ran short of what was needed to make that final payment. One call and they understood and granted us a three week extension. We don't want to cancel and now we won't have to! Thank you, NCL!!

casofilia Posted September 13, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 13, 2017 At last NCL are appearing as a company with a heart; they must have learned from earlier foul-ups.
foxjim1 Posted September 13, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 13, 2017 Always nice to hear that a giant has a heart! Thanks NCL for stepping up!
garycarla Posted September 13, 2017 #5 Share Posted September 13, 2017 Thanks to NCL for working with folks. At the same time - they still need customers, so it was also a smart thing to do on their side. I would guess this thing is costing they lots of money in downtime - cancelled cruises, etc. And the logistics of re-routes,refunding tour money. The list goes on. Rare CineGraphic Posted September 13, 2017 #7 Share Posted September 13, 2017 I'm sure that every other call into NCL lately has been somebody wanting to cancel or reschedule because of the storm, so they were smart to try and retain a customer. Bravo! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
