We were on the same R/T out of LA and have to say your review is good but I have my own opinion about the HC, we ate there once in that slop trough and was sick for a day and a half after eating there so never again, the MUTS we had cushioned loungers and head rest pillows, the popcorn was on the stale side, and I do agree that the staff in all areas were great.

Thanks for the Island review. As we approach our 60-night S.A. trip, it was great to read about the HC as a good alternative break from MDR menu choices. Also that the staff is wonderful (not sure if we have the same CD/ED post-drydock). I do hope we have better weather than you when we arrive in Puntarenas later in March.
