I had not insured the cruise, and was prepared to lose all my money. A few days before the cruise left, I called them to let them know I would not be sailing, and they were so kind and found a way to refund most of my money in a future cruise certificate. I had 60 days to rebook. I used it to sail on the Jewel TA last month. I suppose you could say that corporate can be cold hearted at times, but the people they employ are the greatest ever! Sadly my husband and I had to fight to other way we lost a foster child and they still wanted us to take her out of the country with no legal rights.
