Merion_Mom Posted December 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 7, 2017 Thanks Ken I didn't know that It's only the new ships - Oasis forward - that have the alternating bed/balcony thing.
Ashland Posted December 7, 2017 #5 Share Posted December 7, 2017 And how do you figure out if the bed will be on the right or left when entering the cabin (JS)?? May seem silly to some but I like the bed on the left.
cb at sea Posted December 7, 2017 #6 Share Posted December 7, 2017 You want to be facing forward? It will depend which side of the ship you're on! If your bed is on the "wrong" side, simply put your pillow at the foot of the bed, and sleep that way! You truly can't "feel" the forward motion while cruising. Thanks, but that's not my concern...I sleep on the right side of the bed (43 years of doing this) and prefer to be nearest the bathroom for night time visits...Also DH needs to plug in his Cpap machine which usually (except on HOTS & Anthem) is above the dresser and I don't like having to worry about tripping over that extension cord at night.
