Holiday activities in early December cruise (Carnival)

I attempted to call Carnival and ask, but they did not have an answer:

 

We are considering the Dec 9 cruise on the Horizon. When cruising that early in the month, I understand the ship will be decorated. However, are the activities themed toward the holidays as well? For example, are the movies shown all holiday, are the shows themed, are the kids activities holiday related? Is the music always Christmas-y?

Yes best to post on the Carnival Cruise Line Board.

 

I believe it is too early for there to be themed activities but folks on that board will know for sure.

Just off the Miracle. The ships are decorated, there might be a snow fall one night. There are Xmas photo backdrops.

Don’t remember any Xmas thins in the kids clubs when our kids were that age as not everyone celebrates Xmas.

Just off the Elation. The background music is Christmas. Ship is decorated. There was an ugly sweater contest. there was an afternoon Christmas program where the older Camp Ocean kids did a dance, the middle group sang songs, There was a Grinch segment, staff came down the aisles with electric candles and sang Silent Night. EM
